Why?

We believe that standardized tools, transparent approaches and engaging and energizing Ways-of-Working are most appropriate for delivering AI Governance for Adoption & Outcomes in a very cost-efficient manner.

Hence we have developed an Agent-Based Solution to conduct the gap analysis, drawing on the organization’s existing documentation. This analysis is further enriched by the outcomes of interviews, observations, and other supporting evidence.

The dynamic and interactive approach ensures both cost efficiency and meaningful learning for individuals and the organization as a whole.

What!

In just 3–6 weeks, your organization can create a fully functioning AI Management System (AIMS) on the basis of ISO42001 and ISO23894 (AI Risks). You can also opt for preparation for an internal or external audit if desired. Once having implemented the AIMS, a Plan-Do-Check-Act continuous improvement approach is recommended.

AinnoLab follows a structured five-phase approach. This approach ensures that your organization’s ability to meet all relevant clauses is thoroughly assessed. It also evaluates the necessary controls. This fast, resource-efficient process minimizes the burden on staff while accelerating your path to compliance and AI maturity.

The Solution

The inputs and prompts to our Augmented ISO 42001 Framework – combining skill and automation – Agent-Based Solution are monitored by an AinnoLab AI consultant to guarantee reliability and validity and help clients to adopt the solution in the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle.

The process is highly iterative, with inputs directly generating outputs with recommendations (e.g., policies and operating procedures) instantly available for review or deep-dive discussions, break-out sessions, discussions and approval.

Example gap Analysis on one of the 38 controls in ISO42001:

Table outlining AI roles and responsibilities with sections for exact requirements, current situation, and recommendations.

Once the Gap Analysis is performed by the ISO 42001 Clauses, extra columns with Actions e.g. Enabler Features and Stories from the Ainnolab Service Catalog and RACI are summarized during the WS.

Privacy & Security

When documents are uploaded, they stay fully private and secure.
All processing is done within your organization’s own protected space on Google Cloud, where files are encrypted both in transit and at rest.

AinnoLab does not use your data to train AI models, and no information is shared or sold to third parties. You stay in control — you can export or remove your data at any time.
